Refund Policy

1. Who Handles Payments

All Visual Trading payments are processed through Dodo Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments is legally responsible for the transaction, billing, and tax compliance in each country. For payment disputes, contact Dodo Payments directly at dodopayments.com/contact.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your paid subscription within 14 calendar days of the subscription date, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. This right applies without needing to give a reason. If you have actively used the service during those 14 days, we may deduct from the refund the portion proportional to usage.

To exercise this right, send an email to support@visualtrading.io with the subject "Withdrawal" and include your account email and subscription date. We will process the refund within 14 days.

3. Refunds Outside the Withdrawal Period

After the initial 14 days, refunds are discretionary. We evaluate them case by case based on serious technical issues that prevented normal use, or incorrect billing errors. Refunds are not processed for partial use, plan changes mid-billing, or backtesting results that did not meet expectations.

4. How to Request a Refund

Write to support@visualtrading.io with your account email, the date of your last billing, and the reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days. If approved, Dodo Payments processes the refund within 5–10 additional business days.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling a subscription and requesting a refund are two different things. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the billing period and does not renew. To recover the money for the current period, you must request a refund by email. You may cancel your subscription from Settings → Plans at any time.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be processed for accounts that have been suspended for violating the Terms of Service.
