By creating an account or using Visual Trading, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Visual Trading is an analysis and backtesting platform for traders preparing prop firm challenges (FTMO, The5ers, BrightFunded, Funded Trader Markets). Visual Trading AI analyzes trading strategies described in plain language and generates statistical metrics based on real historical market data.
Visual Trading is an analytical and educational tool. It is not a regulated financial service, does not manage user funds, does not execute trades on real markets, and does not provide investment advice.
To use paid features you must be at least 18 years old and create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may use Visual Trading to analyze your own trading strategies and prepare for prop firm challenges. The following are prohibited:
Visual Trading's software, design, brand, and content are the property of Visual Trading. The strategies you enter on the platform remain yours.
Analyses, backtests, metrics, and recommendations generated by Visual Trading are purely informational. Historical results do not guarantee future profitability. Any trading decisions you make are your sole responsibility.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Payments are processed through Dodo Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize Dodo Payments to charge the corresponding amount on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of the billing period. EU users have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy for details.
Visual Trading is provided "as is." In no event will Visual Trading be liable for financial losses resulting from trading decisions made based on platform analyses. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid to Visual Trading in the 12 months prior to the event.
We may modify these terms with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of Visual Trading after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
